How does the first consultation work?
Your initial consultation is complimentary and completely pressure-free. You'll meet with one of our expert designers either in person at our Toronto studio or virtually, depending on your preference. We'll discuss your vision, inspiration, style preferences, and budget. This is your chance to ask questions and get a feel for our process. There's no obligation—we simply want to understand your dream and see if we're the right fit for your project.
How long does it take to receive my piece?
The typical timeline is 4 to 8 weeks from your initial consultation to holding your finished custom piece. Here's the breakdown: Week 1-2 for design and sketch approval, Weeks 3-4 for revisions and refinements if needed, Weeks 5-7 for craftsmanship and production, and Week 8 for final quality checks and delivery. We'll provide a more specific timeline based on your design's complexity.
Can I make changes after seeing the sketch?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our process includes a detailed sketch and/or 3D rendering for your approval. We include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect before we begin crafting your piece. Our goal is to co-create a design you absolutely love.
Do you work with specific materials?
Yes, we work with a wide range of premium materials. We specialize in ethically sourced precious metals including 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose), and sterling silver. For gemstones, we source certified diamonds and a variety of precious stones like sapphires, emeralds, and more. We can also incorporate your own heirloom stones if you'd like to repurpose meaningful pieces. All materials are 100% certified and authenticated for quality and authenticity.
What's the minimum budget for a custom design?
We work with clients across all budget ranges. The final price depends on factors like design complexity, materials chosen (metal, gemstones), and craftsmanship details. During your complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your budget and create a design that perfectly fits your investment level.
Can I use my own heirloom stones or gold?
We can incorporate your own heirloom stones if you'd like to repurpose meaningful pieces. If you bring heirloom gold, we'll evaluate it by weight and apply its value as a credit towards your new piece's final cost. All materials are 100% certified and authenticated for quality and authenticity.
