about the artist

Negin Zomorodian

A jewelry artist with a background in architecture and a deep love for meaningful, handcrafted design.
After finishing her Master’s degree in Architecture, she felt a strong pull toward something more personal — something that connected creativity with craftsmanship. Although she never had the chance to meet her grandfather, who was a goldsmith, his legacy and the stories she grew up hearing left a mark on her. She decided to follow that path and started taking jewelry-making classes at Talafonoon Institute in Iran.

about the art

Artist's Creations & Influences

Negin mainly works with silver and gold, she believes that when something is made by hand, it deserves to be created in a material that carries lasting value — both in quality and meaning.
Her personal taste leans toward minimal, clean lines and geometric shapes, influenced by her architectural background. But she never like to limit herself, and believes that an artist should stay curious, try different styles, and keep evolving. Inspiration can come from everywhere — ancient buildings, nature, emotions — and she tries to let all of that flow into her work.

  • Adornment with Meaning

Jewelry is more than decoration. It can represent ideas, values, or feelings. A brooch can stand for freedom, a ring can carry a quiet strength. Negin loves the idea that jewelry can speak on our behalf — without saying a word.

  • Jewelry as a Way of Life

Negin states that jewelry represents ideas, values, or feelings. And it's not just her profession — it’s her passion, rhythm, and daily joy. For over six years now, she hasn’t wished for a single day to be doing anything else.

  • Jewelry Art Competition

One of the highlights of Negin's journey has been receiving third place in the Jewelry Design Competition at Accademia Riaci in Italy and being a Finalist in the London International Creative Competition.
